Buxstock 2010 was a major success. It was held on 11th and 12th of Dec.
A big thank you to CYM for allowing the use of the building and camp grounds. Many of us tented it, and some came with caravans.
A big thank you to Nick for supplying power to the remains of the building. It was all kind of rustic and back to basics.
We experienced some rain but that did not stop anyone from having a great time the entire weekend. Thanks for attending and/or performing and the administration team who assisted in setting up the facilities. In particular thank you to the Performers.
Many of you stayed up the whole night and entertained us with acoustic numbers right until the early hours of the morning. It was great to wake up on Sunday morning with some salsa.

Hi guys. Great event. All the guys were great at setting up the event and as a performer, couldn’t have asked for a better sound crew. I only could stay for the first day performances. Acts that stood out to me were The Double Talking Daddies, Caloua-Zep(Fantastic) and Extremely Elvis(great show). I am disappointed that I couldn’t stay for the Sunday gigs.. Very busy time of year but I am very happy that I made it for the Saturday, it was amazing. The quality of the performers was fantastic. I am going to ditch the staff Christmas party next year so I can come up on the Friday night and stay the weekend. I would recommend this event to everone!
I’m certainly glad I was able to come up for a couple of days. It was great to catch up with some folks I hadn’t seen in a while, and the quality of the performances was incredible.
A special thank you to Steve and Olya for what obviously was a huge effort in organising the event. Obviously without them none of us would have had the privilege to witness something which I reckon can only grow into an even bigger and better rockfest.
I’m already looking forward to being thoroughly entertained at next year’s event. Well done everyone!

Yes we have lots of interest in another event. At this stage we have March Labor Day weekend booked in 2012 booked. Stay tuned for more news.
